Se habilitaron las competencias automovilísticas en Argentina
El Boletín Oficial publicado este sábado 29 de agosto incorpora a las competencias automovilísticas a las lista de actividades exceptuadas a la cuarentena, indicándose lo siguiente:
Se autoriza el desarrollo de competencias automovilísticas en Argentina bajo las normas que cada Provincia y la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires dicten, según decisión del Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros de la Nación publicada en el Boletín Oficial de la República Argentina del sábado 29 de agosto de 2020 (Decisión Administrativa 1592/2020).
En el Artículo 5° de la publicación oficial indica que “la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires y las Provincias deberán dictar las reglamentaciones necesarias para el desarrollo de la actividad“. Ello incluye la fecha de inicio para cada jurisdicción, pudiendo ser implementada “gradualmente, suspendida o reanudada” por el Gobernador, la Gobernadora, o por el Jefe de Gobierno de CABA en virtud de las recomendaciones de la autoridades sanitarias y conforme a la situación epidemiológica y sanitaria.

Lo más relevante que indica el boletín oficial:
ARTÍCULO 1°.- Incorpórase al “Anexo de Protocolos autorizados por la autoridad sanitaria nacional” el documento denominado “COVID-19 RECOMENDACIONES PARA EL REINICIO DE COMPETENCIAS AUTOMOVILÍSTICAS”, que como ANEXO (IF-2020-56878357-APN-SSES#MS) forma parte integrante de la presente medida.
ARTÍCULO 2º.- Exceptúase del cumplimiento del “aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio” y de la prohibición de circular en los términos establecidos en el artículo 10 del Decreto N° 677/20 y en los de la presente decisión administrativa, a la práctica de competencias automovilísticas.
ARTÍCULO 5º.- La CIUDAD AUTÓNOMA DE BUENOS AIRES y las Provincias deberán dictar las reglamentaciones necesarias para el desarrollo de la actividad referida en el artículo 2°, disponiendo la fecha de inicio para cada jurisdicción de la actividad autorizada, pudiendo ser implementada gradualmente, suspendida o reanudada por el Gobernador, la Gobernadora, o por el Jefe de Gobierno de la CIUDAD AUTÓNOMA DE BUENOS AIRES, en el marco de su competencia territorial, en virtud de las recomendaciones de la autoridad sanitaria Provincial o de la CIUDAD AUTÓNOMA DE BUENOS AIRES, y conforme a la situación epidemiológica y sanitaria. Las autoridades provinciales y el Jefe de Gobierno de la CIUDAD AUTÓNOMA DE BUENOS AIRES podrán, incluso, determinar uno o más días para desarrollar dicha actividad, y limitar su duración con el fin de proteger la salud pública.
ARTÍCULO 6º.- Las personas que desempeñen sus tareas laborales en los establecimientos autorizados a desarrollar sus actividades por esta decisión administrativa deberán tramitar el Certificado Único Habilitante para Circulación – Emergencia Covid-19, establecido por la Decisión Administrativa N° 897/20.
